This morning my doctor cleared me to go back to my Martial Arts training. I've picked a purely defensive style of jiu jitsu (the Can-Ryu system). The attitude there is that you should never raise your hands in violence. But if violence happens, it's good to be prepared to survive it.
Control, Discipline, Respect, Honour.
Anyway, I've talked to the owner of the school, and I'm starting sometime this week if I can.
